When you look at possible lists that would give me insight to my site the first one would have to be the overall business plan.  This plan gives the general direction of where the company needs to go.  It lists their goals, morals, and overall belief when it comes to business.  This would be the perfect thing to give me insight into each company.  Also a couple of other things to keep in mind with business negotiations are inventory lists and accounting records.  A company may be running short on a certain product and need more so they will call their supplier to request for more.  This gives the negotiations a main goal to achieve now.  The accounting spreadsheets could be helpful too because it gives them a boundary on how much they can get in one sitting.  Analyzing these spreadsheets could also show that a need for a lower price or even a new supplier.  The spreadsheets are essential for any kind of negotiations especially when it comes to acquiring new products.  These lists are essential for any kind of negotiation in a business.
